Can you share with us a little about your background, experience and your passions in life?

My name is Tommy Walker. Since I was kid I have been the To go guy when someone needed to talk. It has been my passion to help people since childhood.

In 2009 I met this Coach / Mentor (specialized in several areas such as personal development, training and reprogramming the mind, inner child healing, Touch for Health, EFT, meditation, and many other techniques). It was with her that I started working on myself, and found that I had many programs (false beliefs, limitations, bad habits, etc.), that did not allow me to have a full and happy life.

With all that I have learnt with her, many years ago I also started helping people overcome their challenges in their life, get rid of what is holding them back. I have been invited to offer lectures in the USA, Mexico, The Caribbean, Colombia, Chile and Argentina.

Have created Rapid Transformational Reprogramming, helping people reprogram their subconscious mind from bad experiences in their past that created negative limiting and false beliefs.

Machu was, but she passed away. She was my mentor coach.

Which habit do you think is making you a better, happier and healthier person?

Working on myself… reprogramming my subconscious mind.


How did you build this habit?

Practice practice practice… and still practicing.

What helps you when you are stressed or anxious?

Morning routine and self awareness.

What book changed your life, and in what way?

The Celestine Prophecy in 1994.

Are you into journaling/bujo? If yes, in what way do you journal?

Yes. Do it when I need it.

Do you practice mindfulness? If yes, why did you start and what do you like about the practice of mindfulness?

Practice something Similar… yes. To change my life.

What do you do when you don’t know what to do?

Connect with my higher self.

Myself…

What makes a “Good Day” a good day for you?

Staying present as much as possible. Serving others.

What question I should have asked you by now that I haven’t yet…? What would your answer be?

You mention we can all change our past, what do you mean?

Yes, our subconscious mind has no time, and it has all our memories from our past. I work with people to go find those memories, and change the conclusions you made out of what you went through. Example. You were a kid and your mom got angry at you because you weren’t behaving as she expected. She was screaming at you. Hence, you drew the conclusion that you are not lovable because mom is screaming at you. As you were a kid, you couldn’t understand that mom was having a hard day and that is why she was screaming. We always believe that we are the problem… that creates the many negative, limiting and false beliefs in our subconscious mind. So I work by helping people access those memories and changing the stories they created in the past. Find their younger version of themselves and re-educate them with the correct information. It bring total freedom.
