Can you share with us a little about your background, experience and your passions in life?
Aishwarya Gayen , Indian living in Spain, Professionally I am engineer , and I am also pursuing a Masters degree in Finance and Investments from one of the top BSchools in the world.
I am driven, I believe success is something you cannot fathom. If you reach somewhere you did not even think of in your dreams , then you are successful. I like Ballads, Thrillers and a good Kopi Luwak.
If you could choose any new skill to have, what would it be?
Negotiation as a soft skill and machine learning as a technical one.
If you could select one piece of advice that you feel the world needs to listen to and bring into reality, what would it be?
Avoid negativity, ignore it and do not retort back. You lose a part of your calm when you decide to answer someone being poisonous. I believe you become equally harsh. It is not worth it. Later when you speculate about it, it only gives you… Share on XWhat book changed your life, and in what way?

What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
I sleep over it. Hasty decisions are a ticking time bomb.
What is the most unusual thing you are grateful for?
I take “hurt” really well. It makes me powerful, stubborn and successful. Nothing makes me work harder than a solid punch to my heart and ego.
What makes a “Good Day” a good day for you?
When my parents tell me “I am so proud of everything you have achieved”
